Wish I had found this place years ago... A true family owned/operated dealership that cares more about reputation than they do a dollar. I recently needed a part for a Mercury Verado. The ladies at the parts counter went out of their way to research what I needed and at the end of it all, they found a much less expensive way to solve the issue. They spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me and another 20 minutes when I got there, all to sell me a $17 part. I know where I'll be going for service and new boats from now on. Places like this are hard to find!
Moving to TN from out of state, we were looking to establish a relationship with a local company - we already had a boat, but American Boat Center was so welcoming to us! Their service department is great! They truly care about their customers - whether they are old or new! Easy to do business with, very friendly, responsive, and have gone over the top to keep us happy and help us whenever needed!

Ryan was friendly and patient with us in choosing the best boat for our family. The staff in the wake shop was knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve purchased several boards and plenty of gear. The prices were very competitive to online options. There was plenty of inventory to compare and choose from, and we’ve been pleased with the whole culture at American Boat Center.

The parts department at American Boast Center is great! Caitlin and Steve over-nighted a Mastercraft fuel pump to me in Texas - this part is back ordered all over the US. Having the fuel pump will allow me to enjoy my boat during my Labor Day Army reunion! Thankful that ABC has a big inventory of Mastercraft parts.
Great buying experience at American Boat. Kevin spent plenty of time with us to explain the pros and cons of various models. Nobody, anywhere, demos surf foils... but American Boat does. One day on the water and we were sold.

Recently purchased a boat from ABC after looking at several at various stores. The customer service was top notch - especially compared to everywhere else we visited. The follow-up and service departments have all been exceptional as well. We worked with Ryan in sales and I'd highly recommend him - knowledgable, helpful and has followed up to ensure we're happy. They far exceed other dealers we've dealt with in the past. If you're looking for a boat, I recommend ABC all day long!
Everyone we dealt with at American Boat Center was fantastic, especially our salesman David Ramay and demo Capt. Jacob. David gave us all the time we needed to find the right boat for us and answered all our questions, he was very patient with us. We were in the process of closing on a new home, not wanting to jeopardize that David and the rest at ABC were extremely helpful and came up with a solution to hold our boat until we were able to close on our home. Now we have our dream home on the lake, and a beautiful boat to go with it! What more could you ask for? David and the rest of the crew at American Boat Center helped make that happen! Our whole experience was top notch!
Hit a log on Norris lake with our new Mastercraft the first day out. Brought it in on Saturday and they had all parts in stock and stayed late to get it done. Great service by Steve and crew they saved our vacation.

Part Department made sure that the part ordered was the correct one.
I was instantly greeted when I walked up to the counter. They filled out my form for spring summarizing of my boat. When we got finished they offered to get someone from the back to help me disconnect it from my truck. But since it already had the tag from last fall I had disconnected it already. They are always great like that and it was finished just two days later.

AMERICAN BOAT CENTER Sea Ray was helpful. I had warranty work the last two seasons on my Sea Ray which I had purchased out of state. Steve, the service manager was great. They went to all the lengths to get the boat fixed for me despite having to get several parts.

Excellent service. Friendly knowledgable staff! Top shelf. There are very few I trust with my boat, but I would trust these folks to handle my boat any day.
Service has been quick every time. Manager even charged us fairly for the second oil change, despite the "prescribed" charge, because it was much quicker than the "book" stated. Only (minor) complaint, the boat cover wasn't fully secured and came loose a few miles down the road on the way home. We're very satisfied customers!

Even though I've never bought a boat there, but lots of wake and boat gear, they always make me feel at home. Ryan is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. They have the best selection of lake toys, wakeboards and surf boards and accessories in the area.

I am in the process of purchasing our third MasterCraft. They are very well made boats that hold their value. Ryan and his team at ABC make purchasing a MasterCraft a breeze. They are friendly, knowledgeable and all around good people. It is a very laid back atmosphere and they do not pressure you. They have a state of the art facility that is easy to get to and they have all the boating accessories. Don't buy a boat until you check out ABC. You will be glad you did!
